Last night, we had the privilege of serving a wedding celebrating the union of two wonderful families.
If you attended and were affected by the unexpected logistical setback that occurred, please allow me to first sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It was neither planned nor expected, and it certainly was not the experience we intended to provide.
For those who may not have been made aware of what happened, I want to provide some context and explain the circumstances to the best of my ability.
Sometimes, despite all the planning, preparation, and effort that goes into an event, circumstances involving other people can create challenges completely outside of our control. Unfortunately, that happened last night , and I'm incredibly sorry that any guest's experience was affected by it.
If you read the screenshots below, you'll see two reviews we were blessed to receive this year. Those reviews represent the kind of experience we work incredibly hard to provide at every event. We take a tremendous amount of pride in what we do, and anything less than that standard matters to us.
I also want to recognize the people who stepped up last night.
Thank you to the many guests who saw what was happening and offered to help. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.
Thank you to the DJ for stepping in, helping with crowd control, and communicating the circumstances to guests. That assistance was greatly appreciated.
Most importantly, thank you to both families for your patience, understanding, and grace while we worked through an unexpected situation.
It was truly an honor to be trusted with serving the most important people in your lives on such an important day. We never take that responsibility lightly.
Also thank you Brandon Harshman from smoke on the water bbq for being there and stepping in to help out. Incredible
