We’ve got fresh batches of Chicken & Dumplings and Brunswick Stew ready and waiting in the case! 🙌

🥧🌴 It’s FRIDAY PIE DAY at Darden’s OUTPOST, and we’re feeling the vacation vibes! ☀️🌊😎

So this week, we brought the beach to the pie case with a Piña Colada Icebox Pie! 🍍🥥🍹

We took our traditional creamy icebox filling and folded in sweet crushed pineapple, flaked coconut, and just a little hint of boozy flavor — but no alcohol included! 😉

The result? A cool, creamy tropical escape that tastes like warm water, a salty breeze, sand between your toes, and absolutely nowhere you need to be. 🌊☀️🏖️

Basically, it’s a vacation you can eat. 😎🥧

And we brought back a little inspiration from our trip to Mexico 🇲🇽 with this week’s Dinner @ the Darden’s featuring…

🌮💚 PORK CARNITAS VERDES 💚🌮

We slow-simmered pork butts in Salsa Verde for over 12 hours 🔥 for tender, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Then we hand-pulled the pork and nestled it between generous helpings of rice, garnished with fresh cilantro and limes. We’re bringing a little south-of-the-border inspiration to Rushmere! 🇲🇽➡️🇺🇸 🍚🌿🍋‍🟩

Enjoy it just as it is, or add your favorite fixin’s! We topped ours with sour cream, avocado, onions and extra salsa. 🥑🧅💚

After a busy spring, it’s time for our little crew to recharge and celebrate America’s 250th birthday with family and friends.

📅 We will close Saturday, June 27 at 6:00 PM and will reopen Wednesday, July 8 at 11:00 AM.

This week we’re bringing you the sweet flavors of summer with our Peaches & Cream Icebox Pie!

We simmered juicy peaches and layered them onto a buttery graham cracker crust before adding our signature creamy icebox filling with just a hint of cinnamon and vanilla to make that fresh peach flavor shine. We topped it all with more peaches and our homemade whipped cream. A few pies even got a sprinkle of toasted almonds for an extra touch of nuttiness. 😋

Dinner @ the Darden’s this week is bringing you a true weeknight classic — Chicken & Broccoli Casserole! 🍗🥦

We hand-pulled over 30 pounds of rotisserie chicken, steamed fresh broccoli, and mixed it all together with rice in a creamy chicken sauce. Then we topped it with our very own June “Hoop” Cheese and finished it off with a buttery cracker topping for that perfect homemade comfort-food crunch. 😋

This week, spend more time enjoying your backyard and less time worrying about dinner because we’ve already done the cooking for you. Just heat and eat!
