Attention residents of Point Marion, Gans, Springhill Smithfield, Haydentown, and Farmington: we are still in the cross-hairs of nextera building a transmission line across our homes and farms. They will go the path of least resistance. Please attend the meeting Thursday April 9th at the haydentown fire department social hall at 600.

We will be filling out forms of protest and answering questions . Your attendance is important to our community . If you received forms, drop them off to be overnight mailed before the deadline. We were blind sided by this invasion and the clock is ticking.

For landowners being robbed of their land, they need to fill out a formal protest form available on the web site www.puc.pa.gov
They want a signature of anyone over 18 living in the household. Then to make it to Harrisburg before the deadline of May 1, 2026, it needs overnight mailed, return receipt requested.Nothing like a little pressure. The docket number for landowners is -2026-3060856. A separate formal form for land owners to protest eminent domain is probably more important now. If we can stop them from getting
Eminent domain, they can't come through Pennsylvania.

This form docket number is -2020-3060921. Everyone else should file "comment" forms. Using the docket # for the powerline A-2026-3060856 and on a separate comment form -2026-4060921 for the eminent domain. These forms need overnight mailed to: Secretary Pennsylvania public utility commission, 400 north street, Commonwealth keystone building, Harrisburg, pa. 17120
