Update: owner has been found and the dog has made it home!!

Has any one lost a large white dog with a black harness? I’m sure he is scared from the thunder and pulled loose from wherever he was. The DEAP school has him currently so if anyone who lives behind Smiley’s Cafe knows his owner please let us know
