Allie Charmley, Beverage Cart Attendant & Lead Server
Join us in celebrating one of our most dedicated employees Allie Charmley!!🫶🏼
She has been apart of the SRGC Team for almost 2 years and in that time has worn many different hats between a housekeeper at the historic Applebutter Inn 🍎 to running the beverage cart on league nights ⛳️ and assisting our director of events Samantha in ensuring every event is special and meets the Clients expectations. Allie is an empowered and incredible business woman as she also runs her own cleaning business on the side while working for us and cares for her mom full time. ⭐️
Allie is someone who always puts the needs of others before the needs of herself and brings a positive energy to all those she interacts with. She notices the little things about people and goes out of her way to make them feel valued and often brings them gifts just out of the kindness of her heart. She has and will do anything to help any other team member or person if they’re struggling personally or professionally. 💓
For those of you who may not know Allie she is also a single mom of two beautiful girls Nadia and Naomi. Last week her youngest Naomi, who is 2 years old, was not acting herself and complaining of pain and at the recommendation of their pediatrician Allie took her to Children’s Hospital for further evaluation. Devastatingly, she was told that her daughter has Type B lymphoblastic leukemia. 🥺
Allie and her family are still processing this information and they have a long journey of recovery ahead of them but the doctors are optimistic and confident that it was caught early enough that with weekly chemotherapy and their treatment plan Naomi will make a full recovery. However, this will take a toll on not only little Naomi but Allie as well. She will not be able to work the same amount she usually does as her focus will be on her daughter and getting her to her weekly treatments in Pittsburgh.
SRGC is working on putting together a benefit day for Naomi and Allie so stay tuned for more information regarding those details. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, and a special shout out to the Butler Rotary Club for all their donations during their outing with us last weekend. We can’t thank you enough for your kindness!♥️
We all love you Allie and are praying for a quick recovery for little Naomi. 🙏🏼
SRGC views all of our staff as if they were members of our own family and as such we have started a cash donation fund to “Rallie for Allie” to help cover expenses.
