Want your slab sliced? We’ll take care of it.
Want it whole? We’ll hand it over just like it came off the smoker.

We’ll be loading the smokers and seeing just how many slabs we can cook before we run out.

Doors open at 11am.

We’re lookin for somebody to jump in with the crew during the lunch shift. If you like sharp knives, smoky air, and controlled chaos… this might be your lane. 🍖

• Day shift: roughly 11am–3pm
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Some kitchen experience is helpful
• Pay based on experience ($11–15/hr + tips)
• Weekly pay
