Sometimes I really stop and think… how did we get here in just a year and a half? 🥹💗

I know how hard we’ve worked to build Pink Bronco, but there’s another huge piece of this story: our community.

You’ve shown up for this little local brand in ways I never could have imagined. You’ve embraced what we’re creating, shared us with your friends, made memories with us, and believed in something that feels truly unique and special right here in our own community.

And then there are moments like this.

A customer stopped by our New York State Fair setup with his girlfriend, bought some Pink Bronco, and casually mentioned they might have some fun creating content for us. No expectations. No ask from us.

Then this incredible video showed up on my phone, something they took their own time, creativity and money to make simply because they wanted to support what we’re building. ❤️

A huge thank you to Blue Teddy Productions . I’m so grateful, and so excited to see what we create together in the future.

And to every single person who continues to show up for Pink Bronco, thank you.

We may have built the brand, but you’ve helped build the community around it. And there is no Pink Bronco without you. 🤠💗

I want to take a moment to send the most sincere thank you to everyone who took the time today to send a message, leave a comment, or simply offer a few words of encouragement.

I finally had a quiet moment to sit down and read through everything, and I’m genuinely blown away by the kindness and support you’ve shown me and this little business.

I am so incredibly proud to be building something special right here in Central New York. If you’ve followed my story, you know how strongly I’ve felt about coming home and creating something within my own community with my friends, my family, and so many familiar faces by my side.

Pink Bronco has always been about more than what we sell. I wanted to create a place that feels fun, creative, welcoming and uniquely ours. Seeing this community embrace it the way you have means more to me than I could ever properly put into words, THANK YOU AGAIN.

Taking a moment to ask for your support. If you have had an incredible expierence with us- if you could take a moment out of your day to leave us a Google review, I would greatly appreciate it.

After working tirelessly to create something truly unique for our community, today we were hit with negative review on Google that really frustrated me.

To summarize she went out of her way to give us a 1 star review because we were not selling individual patches at our tent.

Directly above our patch bar at the New York State Fair, we have signage stating that individual patches are not available for purchase separately at the Fair. Our team did not create this policy in the moment or single your family out—it has been our policy throughout the Fair and applies equally to every guest. Is it a little small, yes- next year I will 100% make it bigger but to be fair I’m limited on space.

Pink Bronco is, first and foremost, a customization experience. We intentionally keep the markup on our à la carte patches as low as possible so our customers can have fun adding multiple patches to hats, totes, jackets and other items without each addition becoming prohibitively expensive. Because of that pricing model, selling our patch inventory individually at an event of this size simply isn’t sustainable. Had we sold individual patches from the beginning of the Fair, we likely would have depleted our inventory within the first several days and would no longer have been able to offer the experience thousands of guests came to enjoy. And if you happen to be thinking why not just buy more? Well I wish it were that simple, but between costs associated with fair entry, payroll, and inventory I can guarantee I’ve poured every single dollar I had into prepping for this event.

I can also guarantee you the employees were not rude, however it is more likely you were unhappy with the answer you heard. We pride ourselves on our customer service and advise every single person who wanted individual patches to visit our storefront where we are able to offer them for individual sale.

I sit here wondering if I should post this. I’m running on no sleep and a bit hangry. But I’m frustrated that people think it’s okay to do this. Anyways, if you’re still reading thanks for listening. And for those of you who have absolutely filled my cup these past 12 days, I cannot thank you enough. 💞

Our cups are very, very full. 🥹💗

As we head into the last day of the New York State Fair, we just want to say THANK YOU. To every single person who stopped by Pink Bronco, waited in line, made something custom with us, said hi, shared our posts, told a friend, or simply cheered us on — the love and support we’ve felt from this community has been overwhelming.

We are absolutely exhausted 😂 but even more grateful. This summer has been one we’ll never forget, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible team, family, friends, and all of YOU.

After today, we’re taking a very much-needed little break — and then we’ll be ready to welcome you back to Pink Bronco in Skaneateles on September 17th. 💕

One more Fair day. Let’s do this! 🎡🤠
