Crew Spotlight: Meet Rocky! 🌟👋

Our Team Member Favorite series concludes with a tribute to the old doughboy himself! Meet Rocky, who helped bring Klondike Doughboy to life & who has spent the last 23 years making Skagway his home! 🥳✨

Rocky is the energizer bunny that keeps on going and going. When he isn’t managing our inventory, shaving up fluffy ice, mixing up our signature syrups, or fixing equipment, he’s handles the very important job of “quality control” testing our treats! 😋

But Rocky’s true passion is serving the Skagway community. Whether he is volunteering at his church or offering a helping hand to a neighbor in need, he is always looking out for others around town. 🤝❤️

While he will always love a fresh-fried doughboy, his absolute number-one favorite treat on our shelves is our unique Spruce Tip Cookies! 🌲🍪

Crew Spotlight: Meet Lillian (Lil)! ❤️🌟👋

Our Team Member Favorite series wouldn’t be complete without celebrating the heart, soul, and foundation of our entire shop. Meet Lillian—or “Lil” as we all fondly know her—one of our beloved owners who has been anchoring the Klondike Doughboy family since the very day its doors first opened! 🥳✨

Lil is the quiet force behind the magic. When she isn’t mixing up our world-famous dough from scratch, managing the books, ordering supplies, or carefully stocking our handmade soaps, she is doing what she loves most: watching the legacy grow. Her greatest joy is seeing her grandchildren work side-by-side in the shop, sharing quiet moments reading with her granddaughter Poppy in the back, and taking peaceful drives out to Dyea to admire the meadow wildflowers and spot the local bears. 🐻🌸📖

While a warm doughboy holds a special place in her heart, her absolute number-one favorite item on our shelves is a true rugged classic: our Buffalo Trail Sticks! 🪵🥩

It’s time for our next Team Member Favorite, and today we are celebrating a true multi-talented superstar behind the scenes! Meet Shane, who has been part of the Klondike Doughboy family for 2 amazing seasons! 🥳

Shane truly does it all around here. When he isn’t welcoming you at the register, hand-stretching dough, working the fryers, or creating the very social media posts you’re reading right now, he stays incredibly busy! Shane loves hitting the golf course (and watching golf on YouTube), playing Fortnite with his kids, and doing meaningful work helping Native Tribes with their governance needs. ⛳️🎮🏛️

While he can’t resist a fresh, hot doughboy, his absolute number-one favorite treat on our shelves is our unique Mooseberry Gummy Bears! 🐻💜

Pip is a true master of all trades in the kitchen. When she isn’t mixing up our world-famous dough from scratch, hand-stretching each piece to perfection, or working the fryers to give you that perfect golden crunch, she is a woman of many passions! Pip loves blasting her favorite K-Pop tracks, mastering the latest BTS dance moves, and hunting down fun finds online. But out of all her titles, her absolute favorite one is being an incredible mum! 🤱❤️🎶

While she can never resist a warm, fresh doughboy, her absolute number-one choice on our shelves is a true taste of Alaska: our Spruce Tip Jelly! 🌲🍯
