This dish is a luxurious, modern interpretation of classic surf and turf, balancing rich, decadent flavors with vibrant, fiery accents and comforting textures.

Flame-grilled local spot prawns and premium american wagyu beef, served over a bed of rich, creamy polenta. Accompanied by charred brussel sprouts and blistered tomatoes, finished with a vibrant house-made piri piri sauce.
