Today we had Pickle Spiced + Seeded & Country. AND later on today we will have a single layer chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting 🤤

One of our favorite signs of spring is the arrival of snap peas from local farms. Growing food in Central Oregon’s high desert takes grit, patience, & a whole lot of hard work, which makes these first harvests something worth celebrating.

Our wood-fired snap peas are roasted over the flame, tossed with spices, & served over creamy burrata before being finished with fresh herbs. It’s a simple dish that lets the ingredients shine while honoring the farmers who make it possible.
