✨Meet the staff - Carly!✨

Carly joined our crew last year, and it’s hard to imagine the shop without her now. 🤍 She brings sunshine, laughter, and the best energy into every shift.

If you’ve ever gotten a cup sleeve with a cute little drawing on it, there’s a pretty good chance Carly was behind it. 😂 When she isn’t making adorable sleeve art, you can probably catch her dancing around the shop, making everyone laugh, or finding some way to brighten someone’s day. 💃☕️

But behind all that fun is one seriously hard worker. Carly is the kind of coworker who steps up when things get crazy, pulls through when her team needs her, and is always willing to help without being asked. She has one of the sweetest hearts and treats everyone around her with so much kindness.

Carly, thank you for being exactly who you are. For the laughs, the dancing, the doodles, the hard work, and all the little moments that make our days better. 🥹💕

✨Meet the staff - Ella!✨

Ella joined our crew this spring, and it didn’t take long for her to become one of our top baristas! From learning the ins and outs of making your favorite drinks to now stepping into the kitchen and cooking too, she has impressed us every step of the way.

What really makes Ella special, though, is that she has wowed us with her amazing customer service, her willingness to jump in and learn absolutely everything, and the humor she brings to every shift. 😂 There’s rarely a dull moment when Ella is around, and we’ve loved watching her grow into such an important part of our team.

Unfortunately, the end of August means we have to say goodbye as Ella is moving on to her next adventure. 🥺 While we are excited to see what comes next for her, saying goodbye definitely isn’t going to be easy. She has made a lasting impression on our staff, our customers, and our coffee shop.

✨ Meet the staff - Ellie! ☕

If you’ve stopped in this summer, chances are you’ve seen this beautiful smile behind the counter! Meet Ellie, one of our wonderful summer additions to the team. She has brought so much fun, laughter, and positive energy to the shop, and we’ve absolutely loved having her here! 🥰

Unfortunately for us, Ellie will be heading back to college soon 📚 Not to worry, we haven’t seen the last of her! She plans to come back during breaks to whip up some of your favorite drinks and brighten the shop with that contagious smile. 💕

What she has with her in the pictures is something she whipped up for the September drinks of the month...It's matcha with something extra good and yummy on top. You'll find out soon!😉

📣 ‼️UPDATE‼️📣....The Chattering Squirrel Coffee Cafe & Drive Thru is coming OFF of the market for a time.
(No...It has NOT sold to someone else and is still open with our normal business hours)
✨️ Business is as usual, except the "for sale" signs are down for now.

❤️ I am so grateful and thankful for Miss Alayna Jorgenson for running it like her own these last several months! Alayna has worked for Jake & I since the day she turned 14. Jake told her she could start as soon as she turned 14 and she did just that!

She has worked here on and off since then as life has taken her here and there.

Since day 1 day she has been the hardest worker and always holding herself and her teammates to a higher standard.

I am so blessed to have her and her awesome teammates running the ship these days!

I want to say a HUGE Thank you to all of you who have stuck with us thru not only the pandemic but the huge loss of Jake, the move to the new location which enabled us to have a drive thru and outdoor seating and all the ups and downs over the past 6 years🙌

Thank you to Alayna and her incredible team whose mission is to "Be a Blessing to all who enter for a cup of coffee and make their day a little brighter than when they came in."
