Michelin hasn’t made it to the Dakotas yet… but this article believes they should.

I’m honored that Sanaa’s was included alongside wonderful restaurants across South Dakota, including fellow Sioux Falls restaurant BibiSol, HK, Hejm A.M and Skogen Kitchen in Custer, Tally Sliver Spoon in Rapid City.

I never imagined that the simple Syrian recipes of my grandmother would one day be part of a conversation about Michelin-worthy food.
