A little behind the scenes at Ranch & Roost today. 🍗🍟
We’re hand-breading fresh, never frozen chicken, cutting fries, mixing up homemade sauces, and brewing sweet tea for Sioux Falls.
Our Southern Fried Chicken Sandwiches & Tenders are seasoned in-house and fried in beef tallow, and those hand-cut fries are made right here too.
And yes, the sauces matter. Southern folks are pretty serious about their sauces. 😉
If full-on sweet tea is a little much, try it half sweet + half unsweet.

The Burger Lettuce Debate 🥬🍔

Iceberg, green leaf, or butter lettuce — they all bring something different to a burger.

Green leaf looks fresh and gives you that classic leafy bite.
Iceberg is all about that cold, crisp crunch.
Butter lettuce is softer and more delicate, with the sweetest flavor of the three.

We’ve used all three at different times, and there’s honestly a case for each one.
