This moment of aknowledgement starts with South Dakota — with its farmers and ranchers, with the land they care for, and with a deep understanding that strong communities have always depended on one another.

That spirit of interdependence and hospitality that runs parallel is what makes this recognition so meaningful to us. From Hadrick Ranch Premium Angus Beef a 5th generation ranch serving their community in Faulkton, SD, to the Certified Angus Beef ® brand Ranch to Table program, to The Meathouse in Andover, SD, to our culinary and hospitality teams who earned this award and believe in the movement, and finally to the guests who choose to support this kind of food system — every part of the story depends on the others.

The award may be in our hands, but it belongs to the whole chain of people who make this possible. We are proud to represent South Dakota, and our home Sioux Falls.

The calendar says it's almost fall. The weather says, “LOL, absolutely not.”

So naturally, we did what any reasonable restaurant would do: ignored the weather and made the fall drinks anyway 😌

Come get a taste of autumn with our Spiced Chai Old Fashioned, Hazelnut Spiced Coffee, and Spiked Apple Cider, because apparently we’re going to manifest sweater weather through sheer force of will.

And because fall also means cozy eats (even when it’s still approximately 900 degrees outside), we’ve got a Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich and Steak Milanesa ready to do their part.
