Nothing says summer like a BLT! We’re serving up our version for this weekend’s special! BLTA - Open-faced with two poached local eggs, pico de gallo, local greens, crispy bacon, avocado, house mayo, toasted multigrain.

We’ll also have our usual suspects - Quiche, crepes, classic American breakfast (eggs ANY way you want them!), oatmeal, BPFT (if you know, you know), and of course, coffee from thebreakscoffeeroasting. See you soon!

Weekend breakfast spesh for this weekend is... BIBIMBAP!

What's bibimbap, you ask? It's a beautiful Korean dish filled with fresh veggies, beef (or some other protein), white rice, gochujang (fermented chili paste sauce), and a soft cooked egg (ours is poached, of course).

Bibimbap literally translates to "mixed rice", as the ingredients are stirred together after serving. It can be served in a hot stone bowl, or "dolsot", so the rice on the bottom gets crispy. We'll be rockin' classic porcelain over here this weekend, but YUM either way. See ya soon!
