Burrito: Scrambled eggs, chorizo*, potatoes, cheddar, Sauteed peppers & onions, red chili sauce, sour cream drizzle, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Vegetarian option available - no chorizo, with the option to sub avocado.

Nothing says summer like a BLT! We’re serving up our version for this weekend’s special! BLTA - Open-faced with two poached local eggs, pico de gallo, local greens, crispy bacon, avocado, house mayo, toasted multigrain.

We’ll also have our usual suspects - Quiche, crepes, classic American breakfast (eggs ANY way you want them!), oatmeal, BPFT (if you know, you know), and of course, coffee from thebreakscoffeeroasting. See you soon!

Weekend breakfast spesh for this weekend is... BIBIMBAP!

What's bibimbap, you ask? It's a beautiful Korean dish filled with fresh veggies, beef (or some other protein), white rice, gochujang (fermented chili paste sauce), and a soft cooked egg (ours is poached, of course).

Bibimbap literally translates to "mixed rice", as the ingredients are stirred together after serving. It can be served in a hot stone bowl, or "dolsot", so the rice on the bottom gets crispy. We'll be rockin' classic porcelain over here this weekend, but YUM either way. See ya soon!

Weekend Breakfast Special this weekend is Pimento Cheese & Chorizo Hash! 2 local poached eggs with chorizo, potato, onion, & bell pepper hash, all smothered in a house-made pimento cheese sauce and served with a slice of Breadico Sourdough Bread Company multigrain toast.
