Yes. Most folks will see your outside, but never see the effect of what you do everyday in the inside. Every step I make, has purpose, but I do need to know when just to sit down, relax and take in God's grace.

Had my first small event after surgery, nice dinner for 14 people and worker at Glean for Good farm in Garretson, SD. And yes it took a lot, 🙂 I'm icing down heavily the morning 🫠. But it was great to get back to cooking and test out the knee on what it can and can not do. But it was a lovely evening for the family and friends, and for me to share my talents.
5 course meal:
1) Fresh from the farm green salad, with fresh fruits and three types of dressings.
2) Tomato Beef bisque soup topped with a sous-vide egg and fresh herbs.
3) Sliced up mixed Pork, infused with an apple lite BBQ sauce, a buttery sweet potato fried rice, sautéed carrots with Bok Choh in a lite honey flavor.
4) Tomatoes/Cucumber lightly seasoned, side lobster/shrimp cream salad, all finished with crispy kale.
5) Beth, finished the meals, with one of her famous sweets potato desserts

As a personal chef for hire, remember you are hiring a chef we create the menu, yes most folks just ask me just to make the menu, but all about knowing you host/friends 🥰.

My second home.
Love this family and their home is so relaxing.
New joint adventure coming soon, new ideas being talked about now and bigger plans in development in the works. When you have compassion in your heart, smiles on your face, so many ideas going through your mind and God flowing through your soul, all feels achieve able. 🥰😍🥰

Although we love the whole garden season, early fall seems to be our favorite. Love “shopping” in the garden for fresh colors and flavors… and no bugs to bother us 🙂 Share photos below of the fun colors you’re harvesting!
