Owner Spotlight: Chef Lance and Jenny ❤️

6 years ago, in the middle of 2020 and COVID, I took a leave of absence from my nursing career to take care of my mom who was sick with lung cancer. During that time, I stepped in and helped Lance with his marketing and advertising at his small cafe and things just blew up. We quickly outgrew our small kitchen. An opportunity to open a downtown restaurant fell into our laps and after seeing the space, we didn't know how it would all work, but it just felt right. 6 weeks later, the restaurant was OPEN! And now 6 years later, we aren't just going strong, we are having a record year AND we are more in love than ever! There were plenty of people who said, " You can't open a restaurant during COVID." "You can't work with your wife." It turns out, we can! ❤️ Getting to see first hand how hard each other works has brought us even closer and we couldn't be happier. We are looking forward to many more years of cooking for you! Thank you for all your love and support of our little downtown restaurant. ❤️
