Now hiring Shift Leaders for our new East Side Nick’s Gyros location (opening in June)

This is not just a job—we’re looking for someone to help lead our team and set the standard from day one.

This role includes:
• Working in the kitchen prepping gyros and getting everything ready for service
• Running expo and making sure orders go out fast and correct
• Leading the team during busy shifts and keeping everyone on pace
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently

This is perfect for someone who:
• Leads by example
• Moves with urgency during rushes
• Holds people accountable (and isn’t afraid to speak up)
• Takes pride in their work and the team around them

After a lot of consideration, we’ve decided that we will no longer be moving forward with our East Side location.

This was not an easy decision, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we feel it’s the right move at this time.
