I have received a bunch of messages asking about the banana biscoff cupcakes I made a few weeks ago!! I’ll be selling some again next weekend!! So keep an eye out on snap/insta!!👀👀

I have officially switched back to mock swiss meringue buttercream as my default frosting!! Still with the signature yummy marshmallow vanilla notes like always!☁️🥳
SMBC is a super silky, FAR less sweet compared to regular American buttercream! I had started out my cakes with smbc but could not get the texture silky enough until I attempted it again! It is so addicting 🤤 This recipe has been so easy to work with so I’ll be testing out ways to heat stabilize it for outdoor events soon!!👩‍🔬 thank you everyone for your support! 🥹🩷

What a perfect weekend! So many new techniques and updated recipes!! 🤩✨🚨
So grateful and happy to see all my ideas come to life!🥹
1. I got the idea to airbrush my nephews cake to resemble a graffiti old school mixed w NHS Stars! It worked so great and SO FUN!! 🎨🫟
2. I’ve updated my signature frosting to a much fluffier, silky, Whipped buttercream! Still with Marshmallow & Vanilla; & now White chocolate for the most delectable unique flavor! 🥰☁️
3. I have finally gotten over my fear of my printer and cricut lol so I am finally adding 3D toppers!! These are the first two!!🤪🥳
4. I’ve updated my Oreo filling recipe and LET ME TELL YOU.. IT TASTE JUST LIKE A MCFLURRY 🤤🤤
5. I have tried a new technique to baking by adding a metal rod to the middle of my cakes to evenly bake throughout.. it worked AMAZING! My cakes came out super moist and tender with minimal cutting! 😊
6. A new technique/recipe to stabilize all future cakes! The summer and butter are NOT friends :( BUT I have come up with a solution that is still being tested out but so far has held up in 78° weather!!👩‍🔬☀️
