We’re hitting every note this fall, from Midwest classics with a twist to slow-cooked fruit reductions, buttery crumbles, and a little bourbon magic. We’ve been busy in the kitchen, and trust us… these flavors are worth the wait! 🤤🍦

🥜 Cinnamon Puppy Chow — A Palmers Candy Collaboration!

A Midwest classic you know and love, dressed up for fall! Our homemade traditional vanilla ice cream loaded with peanut butter, hot fudge, and a cinnamon-sugar swirl, packed with cinnamon puppy chow throughout. Sweet, crunchy, chocolatey, and downright addictive!

⚠️ THIS ONE WILL GO FAST. RUN, DON’T WALK, WHEN WE RELEASE IT!

🥃 Smoked Bourbon Pecan Pie — Another House of Q2 Collaboration!

Our traditional vanilla base sweetened with brown sugar, loaded with pecan pie pieces and toasted pecans, with bourbon whipped cream folded throughout. Smoky, nutty, buttery, and packed with that unmistakable fall flavor. This one is a whole slice of Southern comfort in every scoop!

🍐 Caramel Spiced Pear

Okay, bear with me for a second because I LOVE pears! 😂🍐

Pears are subtle, sweet, juicy, and incredibly fragrant, but somehow apples always steal the spotlight this time of year. NOT TODAY!

We made a pear reduction using Bartlett and Bosc pears, then brought everything together with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and a few secret ingredients. That beautiful mixture is folded into our creamy base and finished with ribbons of caramel and just a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

This one took time, patience, and a whole lot of love. Every scoop tells the story!

🍎 Caramel Apple Cobbler

We took a metric ton of Honeycrisp apples and cooked them down into a rich caramel sauce with plenty of butter and brown sugar. Then we folded in even MORE Honeycrisp apple chunks for that perfect bite of texture!

All that goodness meets our creamy vanilla base, finished with a buttery oat crumble throughout.

Warm apple pie vibes, caramel goodness, and cobbler comfort… YUM, YUM! Get you some! 🤤

☕ Chai, Dates & Caramel

Say less. 🙌🤷‍♂️

A fragrant chai tea base paired with sweet Medjool dates and a luscious caramel swirl. Warm spices, natural sweetness, and rich caramel come together for a flavor that feels like your favorite fall drink in ice cream form!

🎃 Pumpkin Cookie Dough

Last but certainly not least!

Roasted pumpkin meets our homemade traditional cookie dough with just the right touch of pumpkin spice. Creamy, comforting, and loaded with fall goodness. Pumpkin lovers, this one’s calling your name!

🍂🎃 HEY SCOOP’S FAM!!! 🎃🍂

IT’S FALL WEATHER!!! I know we’ve all been waiting for the fall lineup… and WE LISTENED. We made it happen! 😍🍦

It’s also Hispanic Heritage Month, and since everyone LOVES the horchata we make, we decided to give it a little fall twist. 🇲🇽❤️

So let’s get into the lineup…

🎃 PUMPKIN “CALABAZA” HORCHATA
Roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, clove, pumpkin spice, and everything nice — all blended into the traditional horchata flavor you already love. This one SCREAMS fall!

🍊🍫 BLOOD ORANGE CHOCOLATE
Think of those classic orange-shaped chocolates… but turned into an ice cream! Fresh blood oranges squeezed right into the base with shaved dark chocolate throughout. Bright, citrusy, rich, and chocolatey.

🍪 FALL COOKIE MONSTER
The original Cookie Monster was a BIG hit, so we had to do a Take 2! This time we’re loading our vanilla base with homemade snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies, and pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting, all crumbled together and naturally dyed orange. 🎃🍪

☕🍫 COFFEE BROWNIE BITE
Our rich, strong espresso-based ice cream packed with homemade triple chocolate brownies, hot fudge, and just a pinch of sea salt. Basically… coffee + chocolate + brownie heaven.

🎃🍪 PUMPKIN OREO
I think this one speaks for itself… 😂
Our classic Oreo met pumpkin, and it was a match made in heaven.

🥧 AND LAST BUT DEFINITELY NOT LEAST… PECAN PIE CHEESECAKE!!!
A brown sugar cheesecake base with homemade pecan pies folded throughout, finished with a good handful of toasted pecans for good measure. 🤤🥧

AND YES… THEY’RE MADE! 🙌

They’re downtown and ready to go. We’re just waiting for a couple of the current flavors to run down before we officially release each one. But as always… ASK YOUR SCOOPER! 👀
