Still working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready for Solstice Market ☀️

Now that we finally have our cold brew setup rolling, we’re planning on launching our canned lattes this weekend 👀

We’ll be serving cold brew made with the new Toddy system + DCR Elevation Cold Brew blend, and it’ll be featured in some specials throughout the weekend too.

A lot is still in progress, but we’re getting closer every day and are excited to start bringing more of our vision to life 🌙

A little Memorial weekend reminder that we’ve got more than just ice cream over here ☕️🍦

Our $5 double scoop waffle cones will be available all weekend long, along with one of our current favorites — the Honey Vanilla Dream iced latte. Made with espresso, vanilla, and topped with our local honey cold foam using honey sourced from a supplier out of Canby.

Seriously one of the best honeys we’ve ever had.

Open Friday through Monday from 1–6 PM. Come grab a cone, a coffee, and enjoy the sunshine by the creek 🤎

Big things happening over here at ✨ Solstice Market ✨

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes getting ready to open for the Pet Parade this Saturday! The freezer is stocked, the cones are ready, and we’re excited to finally start serving the community. 🍦

We’ll have ice cream, coffee, and cold drinks available during the parade festivities. This is still a soft opening for us while we keep working on the shop and slowly rolling out more menu items, but we couldn’t miss one of Silverton’s first events of the summer season.

Opening Saturday at 9:30 AM
Closing time TBD depending on parade traffic!

I’ve been seeing the talk about Bobbie and just wanted to say I love him too. I know he means a lot to people.

I don’t actually have control over where he’s placed since that part of the property isn’t in my lease, but I’ll absolutely speak up and do what I can to keep him somewhere people can still enjoy him.
