🚨 ATTENTION! We are SO excited about this one!

Our first guest chef, Jason McPike of , is at Solstice TODAY slow-smoking pork shoulders for tomorrow’s Sidewalk Shindig! 🔥🐖

And yes… he’s doing all of this after FALLING OFF A ROOF on Sunday and ending up in a sling. We seriously appreciate his dedication to showing up and making this happen with us.

Grab everything you need right here at Solstice: local ground beef from Drift Creek Meats, spaghetti squash, bell peppers + onions from Gardenripe, and locally made marinara from First Bite Organics.

A simple, hearty, gluten-free dinner made entirely from local ingredients! 🌞

Brown the beef + veggies, roast your spaghetti squash, add the marinara and dinner is done.

Plus, a few new goodies from First Bite Organics just hit the shelves! Organic marinara, organic buttermilk ranch + organic molasses cookies. And trust us, the cookies are GOOD.

Why the freezer? Bread Stop makes their bread without preservatives, so keeping it frozen means we can keep a good variety on hand without letting good bread go to waste. Just take it home, let it thaw, and it’s ready to eat!

We’re slowly stocking our freezer with more local goods! Right now we’ve got local Drift Creek beef, plus a whole bunch of Bread Stop favorites:

Sandwich breads: Honey Wheat, Flax Seed, Amaranth 10-Grain & Old Fashioned Oatmeal
Bagels: Onion Poppy Seed, Everything, Herb & Cheese & Cinnamon Raisin
Rustic loaves: Kalamata Olive, Potato Onion Dill & Rosemary

And we’re just getting started. We’ll keep adding more local finds to the freezer as we go!
