☕️ To all of our wonderful Mini’s Coffee & Espresso customers,

It is with a heavy heart and much regret that I have to share that Mini’s Coffee & Espresso will be closing for a while. ❤️

My husband needs to undergo additional surgeries on his shoulder and back, so for the time being, we will be closing down the coffee truck so we can focus on his health and recovery.

This is not goodbye — we will be back! We just don’t know exactly when that will be yet. When the day comes that we are ready to reopen, I will be sure to update everyone here and on Instagram, so please make sure you continue to follow us on both platforms. ☕️❤️

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for supporting our small, family-run business. Your love, kindness, and support have meant more to us than you will ever know. We are incredibly grateful for every customer who stopped by, shared a cup of coffee with us, and helped make Mini’s Coffee & Espresso what it is.

We hope you are all doing well and staying happy and healthy. We’re looking forward to the day we can see all of your smiling faces again.

And who knows… maybe 2027 will be the year we can come back bigger, stronger, and open more permanently! 🤞☕️

Since I cannot figure out how to link our instagram page yet on here I took a screenshot of our Instagram page so if anyone would like to follow us over there as well and also I have not updated that page in a long while but whenever we are able to be out with the trailer i will update that page more often and I will be posting our lotions on there thank you all for following our page and being wonderful customers

Hello all, I wanted to let everyone know that we're sorry for not being out and about. I've come to the decision to focus on events and catering at this time until we can find more parking spots. So, if you have an event or want us to cater your event, please reach out to my husband Bob or send us a message, and my husband or I will get back to you as soon as possible. Hello, owner of Minis Coffee and Espresso here. We are pleased to announce that we will be attending the grand opening of the new gun store in Silver Springs on Saturday, May 9th. Our espresso machine will be warmed up and ready to serve at approximately 9:30 am, and we invite you to join us for a complimentary taste of our specialty coffee drinks and energy beverages. Please note that our new menu is currently in development and will be available soon. We at Minis Coffee and Espresso look forward to seeing you there.
