About Us
At Lemon Slice Cafe, everyone is welcomed with love and served food, cooked with love. All dishes are made from scratch, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Whether you're looking for a small snack, big meal, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, sugar or gluten free, we make sure that it is simple, fresh and delicious. Owner
Chef Beth Yohannes, a mother, a wife and trained chef and owner of Lemon

Slice Cafe, has a BA in Hotel Management from London Southbank University, as well as a diploma in Culinary Arts from City of Bath College, UK. She worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts for five years in the sales and marketing department and previously co-owned a very successful restaurant in London, a deli in Houston, Texas and most recently a healthy lunch program at St.John's Episcopal School in Olney Maryland from 9/2014 - 6/2019. The kitchen is where she is the happiest so she will be preparing most of the dishes as well as the day-to-day operations. We know your time is valuable, therefore fast and professional service, food cooked with love using only quality ingredients each day is our promise.
