Hi everyone.

We hope everyone is doing well, and our apologies for the late post.

Our dining room will be closed this Saturday April 12th 2024 starting at 3:00 pm for a private party. This is a last minute reservation made a little after 4:00 pm today so I wasn't able to send this notice until now. We can take carry out orders (online or phone) until 7:00 pm.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this will cause and we hope to see you guys in the future.

Thanks again for your support and for helping us chug along slowly and steadily down this track!

Hello everyone.

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the transition to warmer and sunnier days :)

We unfortunately have reached another point in our operations where we have to raise the prices of our dim sum items and some of our dim sum side dishes. Our new pricing will take effect on Sunday June 18th 2023 (Father's Day). The increase is not as significant as the one we implemented in June 2022, nevertheless we apologize for needing to make this adjustment and hope there won't be any more price hikes for the foreseeable future. A minor bit of good news is we have decreased the price of our tea per person.

Dim Sum Category A: Increase .10 cents to $4.69
Dim Sum Category B: Increase .10 cents to $5.49
Dim Sum Category C: Increase .20 cents to $6.39
Dim Sum Category D: Increase .20 cents to $7.89

Soy Sauce Chow Mein: Increase .40 cents to $9.99
Chinese Broccoli: Increase .40 cents to $9.99
Sauteed String Beans: Increase .40 cents to $9.99
Beef Chow Foon: Increase .81 cents to $11.50
Snow Pea Leaves & Salted Spiced Shrimp: No Changes

Regular (Jasmine & Oolong) Tea: Decrease .25 cents to $1.25
Chrysanthemum (Flower) Tea: Decrease .25 cents to $1.75

Hello everyone.

We just had a last minute reservation for tonight so our dining room will be closed from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm. I am very sorry for the sudden announcement, but long story short, there was a miscommunication between the party and original venue so they had to make an emergency change and contacted us this morning.
So we will be hosting two separate events tonight.

Hi everyone.

I am very sorry for posting this so late, but our dining room will be closed this Sunday April 9th from 2:30 pm until 10:00 pm for a wedding reception. I usually post these notices much earlier but a combination of hectic weeks and being an old person caused me to think I had posted this announcement already, and then going into panic mode when I realized I did nothing at all 🤦‍♂️

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I'll make sure to stay on top of these things in the future...if I can remember 😕🙂

Don't worry. No closure announcement today ;) but we wanted to let you know that our dining room will be closed (so actually it is a closure announcement but the positive kind) for a private event on Saturday February 11th 2023 starting at 3:00 pm. Carry out service will be available but wait times will be extensive.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to see you all the next day or in the near future!

Hello everyone.

Thank you very much for your patience and support this past week! We have pass the fire marshal inspection and will re-open for dine in service starting tomorrow Saturday January 28th 2023.

I wanted to clarify that our restaurant was never condemned or marked as a danger to the public during the period we were only open for carry out. Our fire suppression system in our large kitchen was operational but needed an upgrade to one area of the unit. We had to wait for the parts to be ordered and there was a delay due to supply and delivery issues.

Thank you again for your understanding and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Hello everyone.

We want to wish everyone a very happy, healthy, and successful Chinese New Year!!

I also wish this post contains good news, but unfortunately due to some problems in our Chinese kitchen that was discovered today by the fire marshal we have to temporarily close down our restaurant for both dine in service. We will still offer carry out service but the wait times will be extensive and we can only offer dim sum items because we have to use our smaller kitchen to prep and cook.

We are very sorry that we can't offer our services this weekend, and this situation happens at one of the worst possible weekends for us. I want to clarify that our kitchen issues are in the process of being corrected, but we were given 24 hours to remedy the situation and we were unable to find companies that could provide assistance on such short notice. Sometimes you draw the short stick.

We really thank everyone for always being so supportive and keeping us alive and functioning. We hope to see you soon for dine in service and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

Hello everyone!

We hope all of you have been staying safe and enjoying the weather whenever you can. It's been 7 months since my last post regarding a price increase to our dim sum items, and I have to again be the bearer of bad news. Starting next Monday May 30th we will be raising the cost of our dim sum items.

Dim Sum Item A: $4.59 (30 cent increase)
Dim Sum Item B: $5.39 (40 cent increase)
Dim Sum Item C: $6.19 (40 cent increase)
Dim Sum Item D: $7.19 (50 cent increase)

Chinese Broccoli, Soy Sauce Chow Mein, and String Beans: $9.59 (60 cent increase)

Beef Chow Foon: $10.69 (70 cent increase)

Snow Pea Leaves and Salted & Spiced Shrimp: $11.99 ($1.00 increase)

I have been hoping that prices would stabilize at some point during this year, but unfortunately that has not happened. All of our vendors have done their best to work with us, and while food and inventory costs have not increased as dramatically as it did during the early part of 2022, our suppliers now include fuel surcharges and transportation fees to our deliveries, which adds a new wrinkle to our operations.

We are very grateful to everyone for the amazing support and never-ending patience that you have so graciously given to us. These last 3 years have certainly given us a new normal in terms of social norms and interactions and financial behaviors, and we're very thankful that all of you have shown us so much love and generosity while dealing with your own personal challenges.

In looking back at my previous posts I see that I have been extremely wordy with my thoughts and feelings, and I don't want to take away any more of everybody's precious time. Please please know that we have survived because of each of you and we will continue to thrive because of each of you. We hope you will continue to visit us and we always look forward to seeing all of you.

Hello everyone!

We hope you all had a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday :)

We wanted to let everyone know that Gourmet Inspirations and Cam Ranh Bay Pho & Grill will be open on Christmas Day at 10:30 a.m. Last seating for dine in is 7:00 pm, and last call in for carry out is 7:30 pm. We will close at 8:00 pm.

We also have a wedding event the following day (Sunday Dec. 26th) that will occupy our main dining room from 2:30 pm until 10:00 pm. I'm sorry I did not post this announcement sooner. We were waiting for the customer to finalize their menu and deposit. We will have carry out and seat walk in diners in our small dining room, but the wait times will be longer for orders.

Thank you always for continuing to come out and supporting us and being patient as we work through all types of business related issues!

We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and fun holiday season and hopefully we will see you soon :)
