A historic Log Cabin Cafe built in 1937, 1 mile from Yellowstone. We take cards & cash.

We also have an ATM for your convience. Hours: Closed Mondays
Tues. - Sunday 7am-2pm (1 hour break between 10am-11am) Our log dining room was completed in 1937 and is perfectly unforgettable. The town of Silver Gate was founded in the early 1930s to accommodate Yellowstone and Beartooth travelers. All the buildings in this historic town are log. Our cafe uses some of the same recipes that long-ago 1930s travelers tasted. Everything is homemade in our original log kitchen. Our traditional Rocky Mountain fare respects this unusual and longstanding heritage, using local, unprocessed and wholesome ingredients...like back in the good old days!

It was a beautiful setting this past Sunday at the Log Cabin Cafe Beer Garden. The community all got together to watch Vic Taber and Jeff Menuey perform as duo and boy was it an incredible performance!!! Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy this very memorable Sunday! Hopefully we can convince them both to perform again next season for us! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
