What a week.
It's hard to put into words everything that's happened, but this week reminded me that life can change when you finally decide to bet on yourself.
After nearly 12 years, I finally got my driver's license back. That wasn't just getting a piece of plastic—it was getting a piece of my freedom back. Huge thanks to Officer Lopez for giving me the motivation and push I needed to get my life back on track.
Then Chaos received a WNMU basketball jersey, and that meant more to me than most people probably realize. That team was counted out. They were the underdogs, but they fought, believed in each other, and proved everyone wrong. Their story resonated with me because I've spent most of my life feeling like the underdog too.
And then came the cherry on top.
Seeing David Gardner and his crew enjoying Chaos, taking pictures, and leaving such an incredible review reminded me why I started this journey in the first place. It's never just been about selling food. It's about creating something people genuinely enjoy and making an impact, one customer at a time.
This week reminded me of something important:
Progress doesn't always happen overnight, but when you've been putting in the work, one breakthrough can lead to another.
If you're feeling stuck, keep going.
If people doubt you, keep going.
If you've made mistakes, own them, learn from them, and keep going.
Because one day you'll look back and realize the things you once thought were impossible have become your reality.
To everyone who's supported Chaos, believed in me, and encouraged me along the way—thank you. This is only the beginning.
I used to think success was one big moment. Now I realize it's a collection of small victories that slowly change your life. This week reminded me that every setback, every late night, every sacrifice, and every ounce of faith was leading somewhere.
Here's to the underdogs. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep building. Your story isn't over—it's just getting started. 💪🧡
