The Duck Stop The duck stop is a mobile kitchen. My husband and I opened the food truck after we sold the property Thank you all for the 13+ years we’ve had so far!

A tiny bit of our backstory:
We opened Tre Rosat Cafe in 2010 in the old Cienega Spa building and later that year moved it to Bullard St. We bought a building and converted it into a restaurant (it was a used bookstore when we bought it). We owned and operated Tre Rosat Cafe until we sold our building in 2016. We then had our food truck built to allow us more flexibility and creative control and h

ave been running the food truck exclusively ever since (minus the two years we were closed due to covid).

An intruder came onto our property at 5:30am this morning 6/12/25 and walked through our side and front yards and then proceeded to spray paint our vehicles. I will post videos if any one knows or recognizes the man please let us know. Thanks.

Hello Silver City and surrounding areas! We had initially planned on reopening mid June but unfortunately as of now we do not have a reopening date. We are having a storage building built on our property and have encountered a couple of road blocks with the city regarding the build. So once we work things out and have a building to house our food truck dry storage we will post an update on a reopening date. Thank you ever for your continued patience and support.
