8/31/2026: I don't know how to post updates on go-fund-me, I am unsure if the platform changed or if I personally am missing something here. So, here's an update! I have so far made almost $1,000! thank you everyone for helping us. This entire go fund me will either push us through for a month or 3 depending on how business goes. A handful of my friends have been telling their co-workers or their churches to please help us and I am beyond thankful for each and every one in my life. I really genuinely appreciate you all. Thank you to anyone who has been able to share or donate or if you're not able to donate thank you for the words of encouragement and telling your friends because GFM is pretty dependent on word of mouth and shares so seriously from the bottom of both of our hearts thank you. Thank you to my team of baristas too. I also want to thank anyone who has been giving me ideas on what to do to continue posting vlogs and updates on how the coffeeshop or Aria and I are doing. I am soon going to post paintings we have for sale as well as jewelry, books and art. I am also (thank you D.G.) going to post a wishlist for amazon or Sam's club for supplies for those of us who want to see where your donations are going. I have this go fund me up for either situation either I am trying to fight tooth and nail to stay open until we find a buyer for the business or fighting tooth and nail to stay open because I cannot find a buyer for the business. Either way, the coffeeshop is the only place keeping me, 6 baristas, and my daughter afloat to continue keeping everyone employed or afloat because we do have bills for the coffeeshop that need to be paid before I, personally, do. So again thank you everyone for helping me and my toddler stay alive. I also am going to make an online store for me to sell my own personal items so that Aria and I can get some personal income to keep being able to pay for groceries and our own personal bills since all the money that is being made at the coffeeshop and go fund me is going straight to keeping the business open. I am so confident in all of us to make it this year, it takes a villaige and I,for one, am so grateful for the village I have

Hey guys it's me Sam! I own Javalina Coffee House. I am not sure if anybody watched it here yet, but I posted a vlog this morning.. it's about 15 minutes long of me just putting myself out there and sharing our struggles.. I'll also be posting pictures of books from my own personal collection and paintings generously donated by my friends. If you can't donate or if the share will clog up your feed I totally understand, even if I get like 20 extra customers a day or someone buys a gift card or what have you it will push us forward.
