Here’s the thing … if God says go, go. If God says no, it’s a no. If God says persevere, you can. If God says this is your assignment, it’s yours. If God says that’s their assignment, it’s theirs.

We don’t have time to wonder. We don’t have time to explain to the people who doubt us.

Keep your head high. Stay in your lane. And follow the rhythm God has you in. Pray like every day depends on it. And stop fearing the need to explain God.

It won’t always make sense to everyone around you. But God is not in the business of making sense of His ways.

When I study the Scriptures I see legacy after legacy for us to follow after of what it means to listen to God in the days when very few are willing to. Noah, Moses,Jesus’s mother Mary, Paul … the list goes on and on.

God has always been in charge of the plan but we are always in control of our obedience.

May we live with a holy confidence today that we are people who walk with God and listen to God. We are not trying to make sense of circumstances that don’t match a five-year life plan … we are just running hard after His plans because our obedience is at stake.
