✨ Busy & Fun-Filled Day! ✨

Today was another great day at the center! 💙 Our crew stayed busy from start to finish. We worked together to clean and tidy up the transport vans, got some fresh air and enjoyed time at the park, and finished up with some relaxing and energizing yoga and exercise! 🧘‍♀️🌳💪

We love making each day a chance to learn new skills, stay active, enjoy the community, and most importantly—have fun together! 🥰

We had such a fun-filled day at the fair! 🎠🍿 From enjoying the sights and sounds to exploring all the fun attractions, our crew made some great memories together! 🥰

There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and good times all around. ❤️ We love getting out into the community, trying new things, spending time with friends, and making memories that last!

We had a great time yesterday and today getting into the fall spirit! 🍁 Our individuals enjoyed spending time at the fire station and helping decorate for the upcoming fall season. 🎃🍂

It was a wonderful opportunity to work together, be creative, practice community involvement, and enjoy some time outside of the center. We love making memories while learning and building meaningful connections within our community! ❤️

🌟 Another Great Day at the Dayhab! 🌟

Today was filled with positive experiences, movement, learning, and time spent together! ☕️😊

We started the morning by greeting staff and peers, enjoying morning coffee, and participating in our morning meeting. We got our bodies moving with morning exercise and a walk before heading out into the community for an outing to Boomland! 🛍️🚐

After our outing, we enjoyed a delicious lunch of cheeseburgers and fries 🍔🍟, followed by life skills activities and some relaxing classroom free time.

It was a wonderful day full of community participation, socialization, healthy routines, independence, and learning! 💙

✨ Another productive day at the Dayhab! ✨

We started the day by greeting staff and peers, enjoying morning coffee, attending our morning meeting, and getting some exercise in! ☕️💪

Today’s lesson focused on appropriate appointment behavior and how to conduct ourselves in public. We then headed out for a community outing to the New Madrid Historic Museum 🏛️, giving everyone an opportunity to practice community skills and socialization.

Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch of pork chops, rice, and gravy 🍽️, followed by life skills, classroom free time, and continued opportunities for independence and choice-making.

🎉🎂 Another Fun-Filled Day at the Dayhab! 🛍️🛒

We had a wonderful day celebrating our August birthdays with lots of smiles, laughter, and birthday fun! 🎈🎁 We also enjoyed a trip to the flea market, where everyone had the opportunity to browse, explore, and practice community skills.

We wrapped up the day with some grocery shopping, working on important everyday skills like making choices, finding items, budgeting, and navigating the store. 🛒💰

It was a busy day filled with celebrating, learning, exploring, and making memories! ❤️🎉

Today was all about taking some time to relax, recharge, and have a little fun! 🧘‍♀️✨ Our individuals enjoyed some friendly games, laughter, and positive social interaction while practicing the importance of self-care.

Sometimes self-care is as simple as taking a break, doing something you enjoy, and spending time with others. ❤️🎲🎮
