Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude after catering the Gooseberry Annie Bangs 3rd-grade field trip! ❤️

It truly took all hands on deck to make everything come together, and because of the incredible people who donated their time and jumped in to help, the day went so smoothly. We were also blown away by everyone who offered to help serve or lend a hand wherever needed.

Every person who showed up, helped prepare, served, organized, and supported us played a huge part in making the event such a success. We genuinely could not have done it without you!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing up for us and for the kids. We are incredibly blessed to have such amazing people in our corner! 🫶🏻

WOW… what a weekend at Diesels in the mountains ! 🤯🔥

We’ve only had our food truck for about 6 months, and this was our very first year at DITM. All we can say is… WOW. What an incredible event!

Getting to watch all the trucks, hear them, and see just how many people showed up was seriously so much fun. And we’ll admit it… we thought we were prepared. 😂 Turns out, we were NOT prepared for THAT many of you! 😂😂

We went through 300+ pounds of meat… and honestly, we don’t even want to talk about how much mac & cheese disappeared. 😂🧀

More than anything, we just want to say how incredibly GRATEFUL we are to have been a part of this event. The amount of support you all showed Roadhawg Smoke Shack was seriously mind-blowing. 🫶🏼

To our returning customers who continue to show up for us, our brand-new customers who gave us a try, and all of our future customers we haven’t met yet — THANK YOU. Every order, every kind word, every person who stood in line, and every person who recommended us means more than you know.

We truly couldn’t do this without all of you.

This was hands down one of the funnest events we’ve done in a hot minute, and we’re already looking forward to the next time we get to serve you all! ❤️🔥

We don’t wanna brag… but the brisket is doing a pretty good job of bragging for us. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂
