We went with Burgundy Pepper Marinade, on the left, and Mr. Pig BBQ Spice on the right. Yes, I overcooked the Mr. Pig Tri Tip. I blame good conversation and good wine. It still tasted great!

Tomorrow night we're doing Tri Tip on the smoker. Pictures and details to follow. Now what to put on it? We were thinking Burgundy Pepper Marinade on one and Supreme Pepper Steak on the other. Any suggestions?
