When you pour your entire heart and soul into something, saying goodbye can be extremely difficult😔
It all started with a Dream…an idea…a concept…and a heart full of hope and love ❤️
It is with an extremely heavy heart that I have to announce that we have closed the doors permanently 😔
I appreciate all the love and support from each and everyone!
I decided to use this picture because this was day 1 after we surprised my family with Amelio’s. These are Amelio’s grandsons (my dad and his 2 brothers). Our family shares an incredible love of food and Italian family history, and all of them inspired me in one way or another to create this concept. This day is how I prefer to remember the restaurant. The pride, the excitement, the happiness, the support. It was perfect ❤️
It has been an incredible adventure that I will never regret no matter how it ended. I have met so many wonderful people, made some lasting friendships, learned some tough and rewarding lessons, and can move forward being proud to have pursued my lifelong dream, even though it only lasted a few short years.
Stay tuned for updates as another couple will likely be opening something there in the new few months! I wish them well, and can't wait to support their business in the very near future!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing me to bring my family heritage and recipes to you. It was a pleasure, and I feel blessed even though it didn’t work out the way I had hoped it would ❤️❤️❤️
