5/19/26 - Senior cafe members: There are still some people who have not completed the paperwork needed for the current year for the cafe connections program. Due to this, your account has been put on hold. (********All will be receiving new paperwork to fill out shortly after the first of June for the "next" fiscal year. This post is concerning for people who did not complete their paperwork for the current year we are processing now.******) You will need to call the Agency at 800-432-9209 to get this resolved. Not all are affected only a few.
Also, for the year starting in June 2026, ALL members need to complete the one they have received recently to continue. The cut off date is June 26, 2026. If you don't return the form, you will not be able to use your account. Again, call the agency at 800-432-9209. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
