Anybody can throw crab meat in a bowl with remoulade. We do a little more than that.

Before it ever meets the remoulade, we take the time to soak the crab meat in our signature seafood boil seasoning. That extra step gives it the flavor of fresh, hand-picked blue crab straight out of a Cajun’s backyard boil.

We’ve been working behind the scenes on something special for the upcoming LarryPs catering menu…

Fresh crab claws marinated in a classic New Orleans style olive oil marinade, infused with fresh garlic, herbs, and bright citrus. Every claw is packed with bold flavor that gets better with every bite.

This ain’t hitting the food truck. This is something we’re building for catering, private parties, corporate lunches, and special events.
