This Fourth of July weekend, our doors will be closed at Heron and Mae & Co so our hard-working team can pause, recharge, and celebrate this great country with their family and friends. Running a business can be challenging, but how amazing it is to live in a country where this is even possible. Where I can literally chase a dream and a vision freely, give my opinions without fear of government, hold beliefs without fear of persecution. We have our share of things to work on, and we always will. But I am still abundantly proud, and grateful, to be an American. We’ll be back Monday refreshed, inspired, and ready to serve you. Till then; wear sunscreen, protect the fingers you wanna keep, and don’t swim on a full stomach🇺🇸

I’m not a patient person. But these 28 days have done some truly amazing work. Prime NY Strips. Dry aged right here at our bar. Trimmed and perfectly cooked. Insanely rich umami and beef flavor, fully tenderized. Not sure there’s a better way to celebrate 250 for the ole US of A! Come grab yours Thursday or Friday.
