Cooking has always been my passion. When I was a little girl I loved to cook, spending hours in the kitchen with my mother & grandmother, making a mess but learning delicious traditional recipes,Today, I am still that same little girl playing in the kitchen; I like to experiment with different tastes and textures,to create my own personal recipes only difference now is it's Mom taste this. I actually have no official culinary training,But I educate myself on new ingredients, new techniques, new skills, and other new talent blazing trails that I want to follow. I was once told you wanna become a chef without a culinary degree((these five things are a must)).
