Patrick has made In House Italian sausage. Unfortunately we were unable to get the alligator meat so it is regular Italian sausage. $15.00 lb. Come by and pick up some while they last. We are still serving Italian sausage sandwiches in the store.

Today we took our first Bitcoin payment at Fertitta’s through Square.

Our little deli that has been part of Shreveport for almost 100 years just added one more chapter to our story.

Oldest traditions, newest rails.
