I just dropped off cake slices at and stocked up the 415 Bakery Stand (415 Lake Street)!

Today’s treats include:
Wedding Cake (Almond)
Shorty Lenard Black Forest Cake
Blueberry & Lemon Curd Pavlova

Also available at the 415 Bakery Stand:
Containers of vanilla meringues — light, crisp, and perfect for snacking! And all things tea!

I may have a few extra cake buckets available later today, but those won’t be out until closer to 5 PM. I’ll post an update once I know for sure. The 415 Bakery stand will be open until 5:30ish today.

As always, when they’re gone, they’re gone—so grab your favorites while you can!

Started the morning piping vanilla meringues and tucking them into the oven.

Crisp on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and just sweet enough for a little weekend treat. These delicate bites will be headed to the 415 Bakery Stand later today and are perfect for snacking with a cup of tea or coffee.

Who else loves a light, crunchy meringue?

I will have two extra 6” three-layer cakes available this week:

German Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Overload Cake (chocolate sponge, chocolate pudding filling, and chocolate buttercream)

I may also have a few extra cake buckets available, but I won’t know for sure until tomorrow.

A two-sided cake challenge accepted—and I’m so happy with how it turned out!

One side features a peaceful pond scene with ducks and ladybugs, while the other brings a completely different world inspired by “Fallout.” The birthday girl is celebrating 21, and I’ve been told she absolutely loved her cake!

I don’t use fondant, so every element was created with buttercream, candy melts, and molded details. The nuclear plume cloud was hand-piped using red, orange, and yellow candy melts to bring that effect to life.

Definitely one of those cakes that pushed creativity in two totally different directions—and I loved every minute of it.

Life is sweet in the desert. This little cactus garden is made entirely of buttercream—from the blooming cacti to the tiny flowers tucked into the “sand.” Almost too cute to cut… almost. Under all those buttercream blooms is a delicious chocolate doberge cake so I definitely recommend cutting it & enjoying each slice.

This week at the 415 Bakery Stand (415 Lake Street), you can find all the tea things! Browse our hand-filled tea sachets, disposable fill-your-own tea sachets, loose-leaf teas, and even a beautiful vintage Sadler teapot to take home.

Loose tea blends available this week: Angel’s Dream, Earl Grey Cream, and Paris Tea.

We’re back from vacation! We had the best time, made lots of memories, and even got to enjoy a little snow in JUNE!
