Our Story..........In a nutshell........

Our story started in April of 2014 when the first juicer, a Breville, was purchased. Lindsi and Ashley were looking for ways to get more nutrition. Juicing seemed like an easy (it’s not so easy) way to flood the body with nutrients.

After 4 months of juicing on the Breville, they decided it was time to step up the juicing game and get a cold pressed machine. Their first cold-pressed juicer was the Norwalk Juicer. It was wonderful and they can’t say enough about the juicer and the company that backs it.

After selling juice in mason jars from the Martin’s kitchen to friends and family, they decided it was time for a store front.

In October of 2014, Well+Fed Louisiana opened its 200 square foot storefront (YES that is correct. It was only 200 square feet for the entire place) in Fit-Nation making it the first and only cold-pressed juice bar in the Shreveport and Bossier City area.
