Our menu, Wednesdays through Saturdays, is as follows:
ENTREES
All entrees are served over steamed rice and with Gambino's Bakery French bread. Slow-cooked red beans with smoked andouille sausage, tasso and ham. Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya - Every culture eats chicken and rice. Lucky for us, Louisiana perfected it!
★Crawfish Étouffée - A stew of peppers, onions, celery, garlic and Louisiana crawfish tailsthickened with a dark roux. Shrimp Creole - A rich and zesty Creole red sauce full of sweet Louisiana Gulf shrimp. Seafood Gumbo - A dark, full-bodied roux with Louisiana Gulf shrimp, crab, crawfish, oysters and andouille sausage. SALADS

Italian Salad - Mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, black olives, pepperoni, and fresh mozzarella pearls, tossed in our lemon basil vinaigrette.
★Shrimp Remoulade Salad - Boiled shrimp tossed in our signature remoulade sauce and served on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes. The "Cabb" Salad - A unique salad inspired by the one and only Alan Berry. Italian mix, cut the onions, nix the dressing. Pour on the fried shrimp remoulade. It's a salad fit for a king! SIDE ORDERS

Po' Boys come fully dressed with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles on Gambino's Bakery French bread. Sizes are 8" or 14".

★Fried Shrimp Remoulade - Lightly fried shrimp tossed in our signature remoulade. Geaux Tigers - Louisiana andouille sausage and pepperjack cheese with Tiger Sauce! Fried Catfish - Thin, crispy, golden-fried Louisiana catfish strips. Fried Shrimp - Lightly battered and fried. Fried Crawfish - Delightfully seasoned and fried crawfish tails. The "MK" - A Fierce Little Po' Boy - Roasted bell pepper, eggplant and garlic with avocado and hummus.
★The William Edward Joyce (W.E.J.) - Curry-fried catfish - So good it needs a publicist! Cochon de Lait - Juicy, slow-roasted pork with house-made pineapple pepper salsa. Smoked Brisket - Thinly sliced, house-smoked brisket covered in our homemade sweet and smoky sauce. NOLA Roast Beef - Slow-cooked, shredded beef with debris and au jus mixed in.
★Hurricane Katrina Burger - Big, messy and unpredictable, with all of the options you can fit into a FEMA trailer. Hamburger patties, NOLA roast beef, bacon, cheese and jalapeño.
