Happy Sunday! We hope you’re enjoying your weekend!

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about what we use for our fried items and the process behind them. Instead of traditional seed oils, we use beef tallow.

It’s an intentional choice we’ve made because we care about the ingredients we use and the quality of the food we serve. We try to keep things as simple and clean as possible while bringing you the best product we can.

We appreciate everyone who asks questions and wants to know more about what goes into their food.

BBQ TODAY!

Chef Josh is one highly skilled and creative individual, but his ribs and brisket have really started to build a following around here.

Carefully smoked and cooked to bring you some of the best bites of BBQ around, these have quickly become favorites for our regulars and first-time guests alike. We constantly hear people talking about just how good the ribs and brisket are after they eat.
