We blotted out the name because, while this was a very unwelcome comment left over thanksgiving, we do not wish this person any ill will. We aren't sure what they're going through, or why they lashed out in this way, but they've been blocked from this page to prevent further altercations and that's all that needs to be done.
However, we would like to advise that this behavior is unacceptable. We always welcome constructive criticism as it helps us continue to ensure our community is getting great food and great service. We regularly check reviews and comments to find any gaps we have in providing that service. We answered this person with kindness and received only hostility. They chose to attack our food when we chose not to respond to their follow-up comment in an attempt to avoid escalating the situation.
Again, give us constructive criticism when you feel like you want to be heard. We want to hear you! But handle it in a way that IS constructive so we can BUILD on your feedback.
