B'more Bites Food Truck

B'more Bites Food Truck We are a mother/daughter duo, born and raised in Baltimore. Serving true Marylander food! We moved to AZ in 2013 and to the White Mountains in 2019.

We absolutely love it here! We decided to bring our region's style of food to you, Baltimore-Style Pit Beef and Blue Crab Favorites. What does Pit Beef mean? In Maryland, in particular Baltimore, the barbecue of choice is pit beef which basically is barbecued beef that is crusty on the outside and juicy and almost rare on the inside. The meat is shaved into thin strips and heaped high on a sandwich. Blue Crab Items, such as: Maryland-style crab soup, Crab Bites and a Crab Mac & Cheese. All of our ingredients are fresh, sauces are homemade, none of our meats are ever frozen, and YES we have actual blue crab that we get shipped in from the east coast. We are a young company, opening in May of 2023, operated by myself, Toni, my mother and sometimes my daughter. Currently, we operate out a small, owner-converted food truck. We are looking forward to expanding in the near future! Please follow us on FB for locations and times, typically we are open for lunch hours and some times for evening events from May - September.

McDonald’s can get your order wrong 1,000 times and you still support it…..But when a local business makes a mistake once….you criticize it for life. Walmart can raise prices overnight and you still shop. A small business owner gives you their price, and you always want a discount or question the price.

Don’t be that person 🙏
Let’s support small entrepreneurs ❤️
