James Parsons was a great and friend and coworker. He was a great chef and an honored Veteran. I am so sad about his passing. His wife Lisa and their entire family are really struggling with the enormity of this loss. Please help if you can. Happy Easter Weekend! Monica's Cafe will be open on Easter Sunday, offering a special menu featuring ham, potatoes au gratin, a vegetable, and a roll for $15. We have had numerous requests to remain open and are pleased to accommodate our customers. We look forward to serving you!
