“It’s just like back in New York!” — A high compliment in our tiny town by multiple east coast customers who have given this testimonial time & again! It’s been on the menu since day one & if you love salmon, you need to try this light, nutritious, cold smoked salmon on a cream cheese bagel! (Capers & red onion optional…but we don’t recommend skipping!!!). A beautiful bite anytime of the day! Have you tried??

This is a version of my grandma’s brown sugar frosting that she used to use to dress up her beloved mayonnaise cakes! Same rich flavor without the powdered sugar! We love it so much on our decadent and gooey cinnamon buns!!
