Our mission is to serve the same quality foods to our quests as we serve our families. All foods are prepared fresh using only the finest natural ingredients. We use no artificial preservatives, coloring, MSG, nitrites, nitrates, or sodium phosphates. If it’s not found in nature, we are not interested in serving it. Rather than sodium chloride, we use natural sea salts. Our meats are carefully sel

ected and prepared without additives or artificial flavor enhancers. We use olive and coconut oils as well as butter instead of unnatural fats. All of or fried foods are prepared in Non-GMO Transfat-free peanut oil. Our salads and sides are all prepared fresh daily. We use natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, fruit juices, honey, and stevia in many of our sweetened items. You won’t find high fructose corn syrup at Sunken Gardens, unless you insist upon having a Coke. We recommend the drink bar where all natural flavored teas are made fresh daily with filtered water. We strive to offer choices for all types of diets including gluten free, sugar free, paleo, vegan, and low carbohydrate. Our goal is to provide busy people with healthy, delicious food choices.
