Danville is getting ready for one of our favorite days of the year! The Danville Heritage Festival returns Saturday, September 12, from 9 AM–4 PM, and there’s a LOT happening throughout downtown.

Meal from the Market: Lemon Butter Cod on a bed of Fettuccine with Light Lemon Cream Sauce and Lemony Green Beans

✔️Cod, Wild For Salmon
✔️Fettuccine, Sam’s Noods
✔️Green Beans, Stone Hollow Farms
✔️Butter, Beyer Farms Dairy, LLC

Ill drop the recipe for the cream sauce in the comments but other than that its just melted butter and lemon juice poured over the Cod, sprinkle with old bay 🙌 and baked. I sautéed the green beans in melted butter & lemon juice seasoned with Parmesan, salt & pepper.

Did I mention, I like lemon?
