Remove the bones, cube the meat up, toss in a little sauce, and serve over Ralston Family Farms rice grits.

The Pastrami Reuben.
The bottom bread is butter toasted Jewish sourdough followed by Russian dressing, homemade Pastrami (brined for 7 days, hickory slow smoked 13 hours) hand sliced then dome steamed, sauerkraut, more dressing, provolone, and marble rye top bread.

Sausage and Potato Skillet with Eggs in Purgatory.
This will be our last one for a while but may be the most fun.
Honestly, you can make whatever breakfast you want, just cook along with us at 6pm here live!

Ingredients from Me and McGee Market:
Ground sausage (Rabbit Ridge Farms)
Fingerling potatoes 3-4 for each person (multi-color)
Eggs - 1 for each person
1 Sweet onion - julienned
1 red bell pepper - julienned
Ingredients from local grocery:
1 can stewed or crushed tomatoes
Loaf of your favorite bread or tortillas (I hope to get some sourdough from the market
Shedded cheddar or Pepper Jack
Salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning.

Make whatever breakfast you want, just cook with us!
